Link between the current page and another language version of the same page:

display text is optional. If not provided, other page is used as link text.
If the name of a page ends with /de, then it is assumed to be written in German. Otherwise it is assumed to be written in English.
This template requires the extension ParserFunctions to be installed since the template makes use of the parser function #titleparts.
